Refund policy

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund to the original payment method (minus outbound shipping charges and return label fees). If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The Returns & Refunds Policy is applicable only to one-off purchases (not subscriptions). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Note: Accessories, sale items, and wholesale orders are final sale.

Requests for a refund under the Returns & Refunds Policy must be submitted within 60 days from the date of the original purchase.

This guarantee is applicable only to one-off purchases made through our official website, swenyosleep.com. It does not extend to subscription plans.


Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@swenyosleep.com within the stipulated submission period. If a refund is approved, you will be instructed to return the product to our specified address. Return shipping costs and ensuring products arrive safely will be the responsibility of the customer.


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Refund Amount:

The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges incurred during the original purchase.


Payment Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Non-Transferable:

The Returns & Refunds Policy is non-transferable and can only be availed by the original purchaser.


Cancellation of Subscription Plans:

This guarantee does not apply to subscription plans. Customers on subscription plans may cancel future shipments at any time, but refunds are not available for previous subscription charges.

 

Reports of Non-Delivery:

Claims for non-delivery must be reported to our customer support team within 60 days of the order date. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement.


Changes to Terms:

Swenyo Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
