Swenyo products are available as a one-time purchase or as a subscription. This policy covers how to change or cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Swenyo, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout, so you never run out.

Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically ahead of each shipment, unless you choose to pay in advance.

You can pause, change the frequency of, or cancel your subscription at any time — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Manage your subscription directly from the link in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account at swenyo.co.

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Once a subscription order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
